[Nigeria] Nokia confirms the reopening of Lagos Office

Nokia wishes to clarify and place on record that it has effected constructive and collaborative engagement with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). As a result, the company's Lagos office has been reopened. Nokia's business operations and support to its customers in the country have not been affected by the brief office closure.
