Microsoft Awards Top-Performing Partners in East Africa

Partners in Botswana, Kenya and Tanzania recognized for technical expertise and customer service.

During Microsoft’s annual Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto, Canada last week, the company celebrated the accomplishments of the company’s more than 640,000 global partners, including seven from East and Southern Africa.

Awarded to a diverse group of technology solution providers in Botswana, Kenya and Tanzania this year, Microsoft recognized the partners that have excelled in delivering Microsoft solutions to small, medium and large enterprises, as well as government agencies.

“Every day we rely on our partners’ technical expertise, local insight and business agility to meet our customers’ demands,” said Louis Otieno, general manager, Microsoft East & Southern Africa. “It is through their dedication and resilience that Microsoft continues to grow stronger and more competitive each year in Africa.”

The partners recognized at the conference included:

    - Desktop Partner of the Year: Kolari (Botswana)

    - Content Management Partner of the Year: Attain Enterprise Solutions (Kenya)

    - Management & Virtualization Partner of the Year and Software Asset Management Partner of the Year: Computer Revolution Africa (Kenya)

    - Dynamics ERP Partner of the Year: Coretec Systems and Solutions (Kenya)

    - Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year: Impax Business Solutions (Kenya)

    - Mid-market Solution Provider Partner of the Year: Techbiz Ltd (Kenya)

    - Public Sector & Government Partner of the Year: Techno Brain (Tanzania)
