[Zambia] MTN unveils new digital products and services

MTN Zambia has introduced a wide range of new and digital products and services for its customers in Zambia

The telco's Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Seun Soladoye revealed that MTN Zambia customers will now have a new range of digital products and services that will enhance their customer experience and deepen digital inclusion in the country.

“Our customers are always at the heart of what we do, and we are always working hard to ensure that we offer them the best and most innovative products and services at an affordable cost. This in line with our mandate of stimulating digital transformation in Zambia and leading the discovery of a bold, new digital world for our customers,” he said.

 “MTN Zambia recently launched a promotion that will allow our customers to have access to Mingletainment & Vskit apps for a subscription fee of only K1 for one month. Mingletaimnet is a popular social App which acts as a one stop shop for digital entertainment. Through Mingletainment, our customers can stay entertained by listening to live radio or music, chat or stay in touch with their friends and family as well as share pictures & videos, create events and a lot more. Vskit is another popular app for creating and sharing interesting and fun videos mainly for entertainment.” 

Mr. Soladoye further added that besides the offerings on Mingletainment and Vskit, MTN Customers can now enjoy TV services on their mobile phones via MTN TV+ and DStv Now data bundles.

“Our customers can now enjoy their favourite TV shows and movies on the go by downloading and using MTN TV+ for free and by subscribing to a DSTV Now Data Bundle for as low as K5 for a daily bundle. MTN Customers can also subscribe to a Weekly or Monthly Data Bundle depending on their preference and usage and then they can continue to enjoy their favourite TV shows, movies and sports wherever they are through the convenience of their Smartphone,” he said.
