The African Business Roundtable (ABR) participated as an institutional partner and sponsor at the Swiss African Business Circle 10th Annual Africa Day 2022 in Baden Switzerland. ABR, consistent in its mission to further trade and commerce in the African private sector, is building collaboration and partnership with the Swiss African Business Circle (SABC) for mutual benefits of both organizations.

Mr Samuel Ayodele, ABR Executive Secretary and Ms Lizzy Ashikwe, Programme Manager, represented the ABR.

Samuel Ayodele: "The African Business Roundtable, under the leadership of Mr. Samuel Dossou - Aworet, President and Chairman of the Board, in line with the vision of the founding fathers, is geared towards providing a platform for indigenous African businessmen and women, to forge business partnerships with counterparts in the global business arena. The African Business Day 2022, hosted by Swiss African Business Circle (SABC) in Baden presented a good opportunity to further this objective."

The SABC event offers networking opportunities for business leaders and corporate bodies, and also serves to bridge the gap between local and international market dealers. The event’s theme, Next generation business in African markets, speaks volumes about the future of Africa as a potential investment destination for the rest of the world.

The ABR Executive Secretary concluded that the 10th Annual Africa Day 2022 was successful; participants from various African countries were able to have business interactions and insightful discussions with their counterparts on the existing business and investment opportunities in Africa.
