Accsys – a thirty-year old gem among corporate South Africa
Management and staff from Accsys are on cloud nine – or cloud thirty to be precise – as they celebrate the company’s third decade of operation.
Accsys is a national supplier of payroll, HR, Time & Attendance and Access Control solutions. The company is focused on the development and rollout of technology that adds value to core processes and procedures associated with effective business management.
It is also a consistent provider of excellent service and support to reinforce areas of people management including software, skills development, training, eLearning and recruitment.
The company has chosen a pearl as symbolic of this milestone because, as management believes, it accurately reflects the style, elegance and sophistication with which Accsys continues to operate, as well as being the traditional memento of the 30th Anniversary.
“In nature pearls are formed as a result of pressure and developed around something as small as a grain of sand or other matter to emerge as something exceptional. Upon reflection we felt that this was an accurate depiction of how Accsys started and what the company represents today,” explains Teryl Schroenn, CEO, Accsys.
The new year has started with the company launching a number of new and enhanced products to the market. Software as a Service is one of these. Offering Cloud technology with the full functionality of the newly released PeopleWare 11, Accsys is once more at the forefront of innovation.
It is a cornerstone of the Accsys methodology that technology is aligned with business requirements as well as improved talent management.
The company continues to advocate the development of skills, to contribute towards the improvement and regulation of recruitment processes and procedures, and to offer insight into aspects of corporate governance – including tax management systems and biometric access control.
