[BLOG] Netherlands-African Business Council NABC teams up with Africa Business Communities

By Bob Van Der Bijl. Africa is big! How to find a suitable business partner or a good client in all these different countries that are almost all on a healthy growth trajectory? Fortunately it is not the proverbial needle in the haystack, but then again it is not easy to find what you want. 

Over the past years, it has become clear that the main reason for companies to join NABC is to get to know the African market and to find new clients and business partners. Generating serious leads should be the outcome of our activities. Not only for Dutch companies, but also for African companies that are part of our network: since a few months we have launched an "Africa Partners"-network for African companies that want to do business with the Netherlands. 

In order to develop the African markets, we have started sectoral programmes over the past years, that lead to long term relationships with individual African companies and company networks. I am extremely happy that by means of knowledge transfer we are able to position the Netherlands as a long term business partner and that we have been able to make innovative links with NGO's and knowledge institutions when it comes to research and knowledge transfer.

What we have been doing may be good, but we can still do it better! That is why we have linked up with Africa Business Communities (ABC), the largest virtual network of African entrepreneurs and business managers. Through ABC, we can now offer to our members the opportunity to acquire knowledge of the African markets and to reach a large number of relevant players.
