Geofrey Makavelli Ndobo is Sales & Marketing Manager at People Performance Group, a consulting, outsourcing and Human Resources company based in Kampala, Uganda.
What does your company do?
People Performance Group [PPG] gives expert advice in Recruitment, Search and Selection, Psychometric Testing, Team Building, Training, Staff Outsourcing, and Facility and Fleet Management.
What are PPG's unique selling points?
We are client centred and employ a fair proccess which keeps our clients involved.
Who are your clients?
We have sreved private and public organisations, amongst which include Uganda Road Fund, MTN, Standard Gauge Railway, ActionAid, Bollore, Uganda Development Bank, to mention a few.
Has PPG formed any strategic partnerships with other companies/organizations?
We have partnership with a Danish Company that gives us tools we use in our recruitment tests.
In what direction is PPG going this year?
We focus on continuous innovation and over the years PPG has been first to introduce services like psychometric testing with local norm groups and also been among the first movers on other areas like the jobsite www.kazijobs.com that was launched in 2013. We put a lot of focus on our clients' business to make sure we find challenges and propose economic and convenient solutions.
Our overall goal is to be the preferred HR Partner in East Africa Region.
