SoftwareONE launches Unified Communications Service in South Africa
Global software and cloud portfolio management company, SoftwareONE, has launched UCSimple, a comprehensive Unified Communications (UC) managed service, in South Africa, UK.
Designed to help accelerate digital transformation strategies, UCSimple enables organisations to improve collaboration, engagement and productivity across the entire workforce.
IDG estimates 72.3 percent of employees will work remotely by 2020. Flexible work models are a top priority for employees, closely followed by familiar IT infrastructures that enable ease of communication and collaboration, as well as location independent access to all relevant data. However, many traditional UC tools are unable to meet these needs and make it difficult for organisations to empower their dispersed workforces while maintaining visibility and control.
UCSimple addresses these challenges by providing organisations with a holistic UC solution for the planning, implementation and management of their communication and collaboration needs.
Customers have a flexible and transparent billing cycle (per user per month) and receive access to SoftwareONE's UC experts at every stage of their project (Advisory, Delivery and Managed Services). This provides customers with optimal planning, security, and flexibility while managing costs.
