[Kenya] Bolt appoints Linda Ndung’u new Country Manager

Ride-hailing company Bolt has appointed Linda Ndungu as its new country manager, charged with the responsibility of scaling the company’s local business to new heights.

Kenneth Micah, Regional Manager for Bolt, Eastern Africa said in a statement, “We are thrilled to have Linda join the Bolt team as the new Country Manager for Kenya. We look forward to working with her as she leads the team, and takes our business to the next frontier.''

Linda has worked in senior positions at Coca-Cola,  Deloitte and most recently the non-profit organization Instiglio where she headed the Nairobi office.

Linda welcomed her appointment, stating her determination to deliver quality, convenience and affordable service to Bolt customers.

“I am delighted to join Bolt and I am committed to progressively work with the team to deliver quality, reliable and affordable services to our customers. I will continue to champion the provision of safe ride-hailing services in Kenya, whilst creating entrepreneurial opportunities that enable more people to earn a sustainable living,”

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing from the University of Nairobi.
