The “I am Africa. This is my story…” digital story telling contest and socially community for African youth ages 14 to 15 is an Internet viral way to promote both organization services and community impact on Africa’s youth. This represent and free marketing tool that already has international exposure.
There are three key promotional benefits to African Business, NGOs and School to participate in this contest: First is positive promotion of the companies impact on the community. Second greater exposure on the Internet to to people who support or purchase from your organization. Third increase moral and performance by giving recognition (bragging rights) to a job well done.
UNESCO Power of Peace Networked teamed up with Chrysalis Campaign under the idea that international press has painted false image if African youth. That in-fact they are highly ethical, bright, motivated and well worth investing in. “We wanted to build a program that all African businesses, NGOs, Schools and youth could benefit from and be encouraged from on equal ground. We wanted African youth to be empowered to tell their own story, and the results so far are breathtaking.” - Richard Close CEO of the Chrysalis Campaign, Inc.
