Savanna East Africa Anticipates Completing Multiple Acquisitions in November Following Africa Trade Mission
Savanna East Africa, Inc. today announced the Company anticipates finalizing three previously announced planned acquisitions in November, following the East Africa Trade Mission the Company is hosting in Nairobi, Kenya next week. The targeted acquisitions include Palm Healthcare International LTD, a confidential systems integration company, both located in Kenya, and the Kenyan business entity Savanna East Africa LTD. Savanna East Africa LTD was formed as a local Kenyan entity to facilitate acquisition and business development in East Africa.
UNISDR and East African Trade Mission
The United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR) will join the Trade Mission next week in Nairobi, Kenya. UNISDR is joining the Trade Mission for a pilot program intended to urge private sector innovation and investment aimed at reducing disaster risk.
Progress Update Webcast Tomorrow
Savanna East Africa is scheduled to be featured in a NewMarket Technology, Inc. Greenfield Partnership Program Webcast tomorrow, October 22.
The Webcast is also slated to review Savanna's $10 million 2011 revenue objective and more information on the Company's acquisition pipeline. Savanna East Africa's fiscal year runs from July 1st through June 30th.
The Webcast agenda also includes a progress report update on the Greenfield Partnership Program and its other participant companies, to include Numobile, Inc. and China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (and a preview of the program's Trade Mission to East Africa next week.
