MTN Cameroon inaugurates Service Centre in Kribi, South Region

MTN Cameroon, leading company in the telecommunications sector, announces the inauguration of the MTN Kribi Service Centre on 28 June 2017. Operational since 08 May 2017, the Kribi Service Centre was inaugurated by the Representative of the Senior Divisional Officer of the Ocean Division, Mme. NKÔ’O ELA, in the presence of administrative, traditional and religious authorities as well as MTN partners, clients and the General Manager Customer Services, Mme. Patricia PEDHOM NONO, accompanied by other members of the MTN Management Team. This facility consolidates MTN’s presence in the South Region.

Located in the Kribi 1 district specifically in the “Mokolo” neighbourhood, this new MTN Service Centre is situated in a modern building and has a capacity to receive about 500 customers per day. Since it went operational, it offers MTN subscribers from the localities of Kribi, Elog Batindi, Fifinda, Kienke, Socapalm, Nyété, Bipindi, Lolodorf, Campo… with ISP, data, mobile money, prepaid and postpaid services.

In this new Service Centre, MTN clients enjoy modern technology, a spacious and user-friendly environment. Here, a team of highly skilled and talented professionals are readily available to provide customers with privileged personalized services of irreproachable quality which will meet their various ICT and communication needs.

Today, 9/10 mobile phone users use the MTN network to meet their communication needs. The opening of this new customer touch-point falls in line with MTN Cameroon’s on-going efforts to relieve congestion in its traditional Service Centres and sufficiently illustrates MTN Cameroon’s willingness to provide its subscribers of the South region and those visiting the picturesque city of Kribi an exceptional customer experience through an impeccable customized service and better proximity. Meant for a diverse clientele, the Kribi Service Centre opens weekdays from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
