Ethiopian to Launch Nonstop Flights from Addis to Kilimanjaro

Ethiopian Airlines is pleased to announce that effective December 03, 2010 it will launch new nonstop flights from Addis Ababa to Kilimanjaro. Travelers from all over the world will now be able to get to one of the most beautiful places in all of Africa more quickly.

On the same date, Ethiopian will be upgrading its daily Mombasa flight from Q400 to 737-800. The extra capacity is needed to satisfy the demand on this popular route.

Effective December 03, Ethiopian will introduce daily 737-800 service to Kilimanjaro and Mombasa, as follows:

The B737-800 is one of the newest aircraft in Ethiopian’s fleet, and is configured with 15 seats in Cloud Nine business class and 137 seats in economy class. The new routings will link Kilimanjaro and Mombasa with Ethiopian’s worldwide network, spanning from Beijing to Bombay to Beirut, London to Paris and Washington.
