Andersen Global grows East African footprint with entry into Burundi

Andersen Global continues to expand its platform in East Africa through a Collaboration Agreement with Burundi-based CN & Associates, adding geographic coverage in an important market as the organization continues to build out its comprehensive platform in the region.

CN & Associates, a firm comprised entirely of females, was founded by Managing Partner Caritas Niyonzima and focuses on providing legal services in the areas of corporate, banking, real estate, intellectual property, public procurement, labor, divorce, tax, litigation and human rights with emphasis on gender, child matters and programs/project assessment. The firm assists individuals and businesses, from international and national corporate entities to local non-profit organizations.

“We pride ourselves on our commitment to stewardship and are always looking for new ways to deliver results and solutions to our clients,” Caritas said. “Now that we have established a strong reputation regionally, we want to enhance our service offerings. Collaborating with Andersen Global will allow us to act as a one-stop-shop and provide our clients with the resources of a global firm.”

“The team at CN & Associates brings additional depth to our team in Africa and enhances our presence and capabilities in Burundi,” said Andersen Global Chairman and Andersen CEO Mark Vorsatz. “Caritas and her team of skilled law practitioners provide clients with best-in-class solutions and demonstrate a commitment to independence and transparency. They, along with our member firms and other collaborating firms in the region, are dedicated to our integrated approach of providing tax and legal services in seamless manner.”
