Empire Royale Real Estate deal with the sale and purchase of houses, flats and land. Many also manage rental properties, which has been a growth area. Commercial estate agents deal with a wide range of business properties including offices, shops, leisure facilities, hotels and restaurants. Rural estate agents specialise in land and rural businesses.
Tell us about your company
Empire Royale Real Estate is a real estate company that provides real estate services including property management and property development.
How did you come up with your business idea?
My current business is seeking for funds to provide housing units for tertiary graduates and the working force. My company just got established and for that I am working as an agent to raise funds for this great project of providing housing for tertiary graduates and the working force.
With the current economy in a slump, what cost saving tips would you have for a new entrepreneur?
Spend less, save more. Looking at the current housing deficit in Ghana, I was really moved by the plight of young graduates who barely have money to rent houses and the working force who have to pay so much for their rent. For these reason I said to myself why not help solve this problem by providing affordable housing for these groups.
What have you done that has been very effective in helping to grow the business?
In helping to grow the business, I am raising money by being housing agent, and seeking out for funds from all over the world. I would be very glad to get aid across the world.
What is the latest news about your company?
Empire Royale Real Estate has obtained a vast land to provide housing for tertiary graduates and the working force.
