Zenera Consulting announces launch of digital marketing subsidiary, BuzzDigital

Leading Brand Management Company, Zenera Consulting, today announced the launch of its digital brand and marketing communications subsidiary, BuzzDigital.

BuzzDigital is an end-to-end digital communications company offering the highest quality social media and digital communications management to corporates wishing to connect with audiences in Africa. Anchored on a unique integrated marketing and communications strategy, the vision of the company is to help corporate or retail brands generate conversion optimisation, positive perception and greater mindshare across Africa-focused digital media platforms.

Remarking on the launch, the Executive Chairman, BuzzDigital and Managing Partner, Zenera Consulting, Meka Olowola, said; “With 320 million people currently online networking, shopping, and searching digital contents, Africa is indeed the new Internet gold mine. This e-revolution is projected to contribute $300B to the African GDP by 2025. We have, therefore, designed BuzzDigital to support astute brands that are fast adopting digital content management as the fulcrum of their communications strategy with African audiences.”

Following the successful execution of three major international digital marketing campaigns in 2014, the management of Zenera Consulting received the Board’s approval on October 14, 2014 to set up an independent digital partner firm to help clients accelerate their brand growth and transform for success in the digital world. This brings to three the total number of companies under the Zenera group; in 2013, Zenera acquired a six-year old media agency firm, RedBee to drive its events management and advertising functions.

The entrance of BuzzDigital into the dynamic online media space is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the online communications experience by facilitating a seamless transition from strategy development to implementation.  Clients are expected to see their communications transform as digital and social behaviours take the centre stage of their marketing strategy and overall communications strategy.

According to the Senior Strategy Manager, Zenera Consulting, Kelvin Keshi, “Due to the complex and sensitive nature of most of our briefs, our clients prefer our group to be a one-stop communications advisory centre. Last year, we saw 32% of our revenues emanate from digital marketing, making specialised digital brands management a business imperative to cater for existing and prospective clientele. With this spin off, we have effectively decoupled Zenera Consulting from this responsibility, allowing it to focus on its core mandate of brands development and investor communications”

BuzzDigital has immediately commenced operations from its Victoria Island, Lagos, head office whilst working on opening a regional office in London.
