Inigmah launches in Sierra Leone - makes key Appointment of Country Head
Video On Demand, IPTV & e-commerce experts - Inigmah, have successfully launched in Sierra Leone as part of their aggressive African expansion.
The Inigmah Group is head-quartered in Singapore with offices in London and the USA. The Company specializes in offering technology & digital solutions to emerging markets and has recently diversified into other services such as Telecommunications and Infrastructure.
Inigmah’s Group CEO Glenn Davies says “We are very excited to have launched in Sierra Leone and have been working hard over the past few months to build some great momentum there already.
Achieving a Sierra Leone presence is part of Inigmah’s rapid growth strategy across the continent with recent expansion into Ghana, South Africa, South Sudan and Zimbabwe already taking place. We are also at advanced stages to launch in Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania which once completed will give us an incredible footprint in some of the fastest growing economies in Africa”
Inigmah has also made a key appointment to head up the country for them in Sierra Leone – Mr. Franklyn Jumu. Mr. Jumu is an experienced leader with extensive B2B experience. He comes from a strong sales and marketing background and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
Mr. Jumu started his career in IT with Virtual Internet UK, one of UK’s 1st “dotcoms”. He has worked right across Africa for some of the continents biggest brands and organizations including Vodafone, Ministry of Health in Ghana, KPMG, IPMC, Zain Nigeria, Virgin Nigeria, NLNG and Oando.
When asked about why he joined Inigmah, Mr. Jumu stated, “I am thrilled to be part of such an exciting company. Inigmah has all the solutions a country like Sierra Leone, as well as the greater sub region of Africa, needs right now; and to be driving this in my own country is truly an honor.”
Inigmah intends to enhance the Banking and Finance industries, as well as Mobile commerce and Technology sectors by providing interactive solutions for the various targeted market sectors in Sierra Leone. It also comes with a unique Social Media Analytics solution that targets the Political Landscape and Government sectors.
Davies adds “We are fortunate to offer such a diverse range of solutions and services to Africa. We are right now working closely with several Governments around our Social Media Analytics solution, Universities for E-Learning, leading Banks for our optical scanning mobile App, and TV operators for our VOD and IPTV solutions. Africa has a lot to offer and we are enjoying the ride.”
