Imara acquires 100 per cent stake in Mauritius's Fiducie Forte Management
Imara Holdings Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Imara Trust, has acquired 100 per cent of the issued share capital of Fiducie Forte Management Services Limited (“Forte”), a Mauritius management company.
This acquisition cements Imara Trust as one of the leading trust & corporate service providers in Mauritius and expands its business and international networks to ensure they provide an even more robust service for their current and future clients.
This represents an increase to their business by over a third and reaffirms that after 11 years, Imara Trust along with Imara Holdings Limited, continue to be long term supporters of the continued growth in Mauritius.
