[Cameroon] MTN launches a Young Graduate Programme
MTN Cameroon, leader of the telecommunications sector in Cameroon announces the launch of its “MTN Young Graduate Programme’’ which targets young, brilliant and ambitious University and Higher Professional School graduates with strong potential, and who are highly motivated to work in Cameroon and contribute to the sustainable development of the country.
The objective of this 3-year programme is to attract and develop young talented graduates to constitute a pool of future leaders by developing graduates in different specialties to address MTN’s business needs across our global footprint.
Ultimately, the MTN Young Graduate Programme will strengthen the Company’s talent and leadership pool, and position MTN for continued success.
All “MTN Young Graduates” will be required to participate in various high impact formal and on-the-job development activities during the first 24 months, with a view to ensuring formal integration with existing talent and leadership pipelines by year 3.
Upon completion of the programme, graduates will have developed:
- Global and Local Context understanding
- Key future Skills in Digital Technologies
- MTN Culture & Values understanding and ownership
