[Angola] International Fisheries Fair Opens With 70 Exhibitors

 The 2nd edition of the International Fisheries and Agriculture Fair (FIP) is opening Thursday in Luanda with the participation of 70 local and foreign exhibitors.

For four days, exhibitors from the provinces of Luanda, Cuanza Norte, Zaire, Cabinda, Huila, Cuanza Sul, Benguela, Uíge and Namibe, as well as Norway, Italy, Namibia and Portugal, will be showing their fisheries potential.

Speaking to Angop, FIP manager, Etanelo da Silva, said the event will be an opportunity for the exhibitors of the sector to promote their activity.

 FIP, whose agriculture sub-sector will be represented by the provinces of Luanda, Cuanza Norte, Bengo and Uíge, will cover an area of 5,000 square metres.

FIP is jointly organised by the Fisheries Ministry and the Luanda International Fair (FIL).
