[Algeria] President Bouteflika Appoints Officials At Head of Eight Bodies, Companies and Public Banks

President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika appointed Sunday eight officials at the head of public economic companies (Sonatrach, Air Algérie and NAFTAL), banks and financial institutions (Customs, BNA, CPA, BDL and CNEP).

Mazouzi Amine, Director of Strategy, Planning and Reporting, has been appointed CEO of Sonatrach.

For his part, Kaddour Bentahar was appointed Director General of the Algerian Customs. He held the position of Central Director for Legislation, Regulation and Trade at the Directorate General of Customs.

Mohamed Abdou Bouderbala, who was Director General of the Algerian customs, was appointed CEO of the airline company Air Algérie.

Rizou Hocine, current CEO of the Inerga company, was appointed head of NAFTAL.

Metref M. Rachid, current CEO of the CPA's leasing subsidiary, was appointed CEO of the CNEP.

Aboud Ramdane, current acting as CEO of the CPA, was appointed CEO of the BNA while Boudiab Omar, currently acting as CEO of BNA, is appointed CEO of the CPA.

Mohamed Krim, the current CEO of the National Leasing Company (SNL, a subsidiary of BNA and BDL) is appointed head of the BDL.
