Air Nigeria set to commence flights to Enugu …adopts National Mirror onboard all flights

Air Nigeria will commence daily flights to Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu from both Lagos and Abuja. The introduction of flights to the Coal city will further deepen Air Nigeria’s operations in the Southern part of the country.

The commencement of flights to Enugu is coming just as the airline commenced direct flights from Abuja to Port Harcourt in its bid to develop further Abuja as a mini-hub in order to offer seamless travel options for trips originating and terminating in Abuja.

Air Nigeria’s flight from Lagos to Enugu departs Lagos Murtala Mohammed Airport 2 (MMA2) at 07:15 and arrive Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu at 08:35. The flight will thereafter depart for Abuja at 09:10 before making its return to Enugu at 10:35. The inbound flight from Enugu to Lagos departs at 13:20.

Air Nigeria has also adopted National Mirror newspaper as an in-flight newspaper onboard all its flights for the reading pleasure of both business and economy class passengers whilst traveling in style and comfort.

Enugu is the fourth additional destination introduced within this year, as Air Nigeria had in the course of the year inaugurated flight operations to Benin, Owerri as well as Libreville.

Air Nigeria is one of the fastest growing airlines in West Africa. The inauguration of flights to Enugu brings its domestic destinations to seven as it currently flies from Lagos to Abuja, Benin, Port Harcourt and Owerri whilst it also connects passengers to Kano, Sokoto and Port Harcourt from Abuja. It also operates regional flights to Brazzaville, Accra, Douala, Dakar, Monrovia, Cotonou, Banjul, Libreville and Abidjan with further plans to extend services to more African destinations, Europe, Asia and America.
