With more than 2000 companies on Accsys solutions, over 14 million payslips per year are initiated by Accsys systems. They are developed in South Africa with particular emphasis on South African workplace conditions. This has been broadened to encompass countries throughout Africa.

Tell us about your business?
"We are a software company, specializing in people management solutions. We are national with an international African footprint."
What's the most hopeful sign you have seen recently in relation to your business?
"That companies are starting to identify the need for a solution that gives them strategic intelligence about their businesses, it is no longer about a payslip, hours and access, but about understanding the people, their skills, needs and desire to contribute."
How does your business fit into developing your country?
"We provide a model for the business who wants to add value that immediately impacts on time by delivering both intelligence (strategy) and the practical (payslips and security)."
What’s the next key aspect of your business you’re working on right now?
"Ensuring that our solution crosses over the borders into Africa seamlessly and that we deliver the same strategic advantages to our African clients."
Your strength, what has your company managed to do well in?
"Integration, implementation and innovation. A single database solution for Time and Attendance, payroll and HR."
What is the latest news about your company?
"We have completed our first year as part of BCX, Business Connexion’s vision is to ignite the power of Connective Intelligence – which forms the basis of our strategy and approach to business."
